I'm Grant Harris, and I help individuals and institutions achieve organizational excellence by moving mindsets from 'Compliance' to 'Community'™. I am a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)®, a seasoned Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) practitioner, published author, strategist, and board member.
My work spans the federal government, K-12 and higher education, global corporations, and small nonprofits, challenging individuals and institutions to transform their workplaces from mere compliance to true community.
